Sales Associate Responsibilities:

•      Identify leads based on our ideal customer profile.

•      Contact potential clients by phone, email, or letter.

•      Speaking and written communication skills.

•      Able to establish and maintain potential customer contact records and plans in Hubspot.

•      Able to become familiar enough with PDC products to effectively present their features and benefits to potential customers.

•      Able to coordinate with other PDC team members as needed to secure potential client sales opportunities

•      Able to participate in drafting responses to potential customer requests for PDC qualifications and proposals.


Required Qualifications:

•      Speaking and written communication skills as needed for direct sales

•      Efficient use of computer data entry and retrieval including Microsoft Office

•      High School Diploma or equivalent

•      Some direct sales or marketing experience


Preferred Qualifications:

•      Undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

•      One (1) year or more of direct sales or marketing experience working with software or technology products

•      Market knowledge pertinent to PDC products and clients

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

•      Able to locate, develop, define, and close business relationships.

•      Able to participate in direct sales and marketing as needed.

•      Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and publications.

•      Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.

•      Discovers and explores business opportunities.

•      Screens potential business deals for feasibility and acceptable value

•      Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.

•      Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.

•      Closes new business deals.

•      Keep track of progress in the Hubspot CRM.

 

Required Qualifications:

•      Strong speaking, written communication, and presentation skills

•      Efficient use of computer data entry and retrieval including Microsoft Office

•      Two (2) years of attendance at a college or university

•      One (1) year of business development management or sales/ marketing experience working with software or technology products

•      Market knowledge pertinent to PDC products and clients

•      Three (3) years of sales or marketing experience working with software or technology products
